As part of the next stage in the design of new apprenticeships for hospitality, tourism and retail in Northern Ireland, we are inviting employer and provider input to shape the content of new apprenticeships for production chef, tourism (visitor servicing) and retail. The consultation provides an opportunity for employers to contribute to their development, and make sure that the new professional standards are right for their business and the industry.
