Structure

The Academy will be established as a fully owned subsidiary of People 1st, but with separate financial accounts and its own employer-led Board to provide strategic direction.

One of the first tasks for the Board will be to appoint a Managing Director and Regional Managers to drive forward a range of work streams to achieve our annual objectives.
