The People 1st hospitality accreditation process has four stages:

  • Application – you complete a form, answering a series of questions and providing evidence to support your application
  • Review – we review your application and supporting evidence
  • Verification visit – we come to your organisation to cross-check your application.
  • Employer approvals panel – all the evidence from the previous stages is presented to a panel of employers, who will come to a final decision about your accreditation status.
