The hospitality and catering department has competed and won some of the most important regional and national competitions and all learners are given the opportunity to compete to stretch and challenge themselves.
The hospitality and catering department offers programmes over four campus sites and an off-site provision delivered on employer’s premises at the Etihad.
- The courses range from level 1 to level 3.
- There are three restaurants and five skills kitchens.
- The curriculum team comprises of fourteen teaching staff and six technicians.
