Working as part of Comamo Ltd, I am a customer service training & development consultant focusing on customer care and improving service skills.
With over 25 years working in the tourism industry i have spent time working in both the private and public sectors including: museums, transport, tourism and hospitality industries, visitor attractions, ferry operations, tourist boards and hotels.
My varied work experiences have given me the skills to objectively look at an operation and provide a bespoke training programme to meet customers’ needs. Exceeding customers’ expectations are the best advertisement a business can have and I can give your team the skills and tools they need to make this happen.
Customer service is my passion and I want to use my enthusiasm for customer service to improve tourism in Scotland and to strengthen the visitor experience.
