Annick has worked in the Retail Business Banking Industry for 28 years, most recently as a Senior Business Relationship Manager, responsible for a portfolio of the Bank’s most valued, high net worth, business healthcare customers.

She has also been involved with helping SME's and Start up Businesses develop and grow.

This frontline, hands-on experience means Annick is very switched on about the importance of excellent Customer Service and getting it right first time.

Annick is a Mentor of young People and is currently a Personal Coach, specialising in employment skills and the transistion from education to employment, working with 14-19 year olds.

She runs her own Personal and Spiritual Development Cirlces and as well as running workshops on World Host Customer Service she also facilitates workshops on Motivation, Presentation Skills, Confidence Building, Time Management and How to Set up and Run a Successful Business as well as CV writing and other related topics.

She has studied with the Institute of Financial Services and was awarded a Diploma in Customer Relationship Management. She is also a fully accredited Women in Business specialist.

Annick’s passion is in training and development and helping people to achieve their full potential to empower and bring out the best in them.
