Donna has been an active director of her own business since 2006. Her enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry becomes apparent when delivering the WorldHost Programme of workshops. 

Her background was working in the Hospitality Industry in particular small country house hotels, where customer service was a vital part of the success of the operations. Spending time in Speyside and Forres, she worked with some of the major industry organisations in the area including, Baxters of Speyside, Glenfiddich Distillery, Diageo, Walkers Shortbread, RAF Kinloss and Lossiemouth to name a few. 

She has taken her enthusiasm and drive for the industry into the training room and believes that customers deserve the very best of service at all stages of their journey, therefore, providing your team with a toolkit of ideas on how to deliver service excellence is vital to the success and future of the hospitality industry. 

Upon setting up her own business she has been delivering customer service training to various clients over the years, including National Trust for Scotland, NorthLink Ferries, Calmac Ferries, Jury's Inn, Aberdeen. These organisations have seen real beneftis in developing thier team and putting the customer first.
