I am a professional in Marketing, PR and business development with over 12 years practical experience in a diverse range of industries including retail, hospitality and tourism, engineering, film and TV, coupled with an impressive academic portfolio. I have been personally involved in developing and implementing effective customer service strategies and policies for a number of businesses. Each of my practical and academic roles involved elements and experiences in dynamic customer service environments, dealing with a wide range of people on a local, national and global level. Other experiences I bring to my training include my role as mystery shopper for a leading high street retailer and running my own fashion boutique for 3 years.

I am enthusiastic to apply and transfer my extensive practical customer care and retail experiences, from a range of quality environments, to each of my training sessions. I am extremely passionate and enthusiastic to aid businesses and their staff to provide five star quality shopping experience and aim to instil participants with the same passion. I will strive to ensure staff can be the best they can and to be passionate about the product they are selling which will ultimatelyincrease sales, expand repeat business and attract new customers for your business.
Training programmes can be tailored to your specific business needs, with the option of in-house training or alternatively your staff can join open training sessions with staff from other businesses.

I have been delivering World Host training for 6 years and have worked with a range of provider’s large and small scale.
