Jayne has a highly interactive training style. She has a talent for establishing productive relationships with her course participants and focuses on thier enjoyment of the programme, linking closely the areas of the training episode and ideas discussed, to their performance in the workplace.
She has a special interest in customer care and beleives that it is essential that any contact with a business, however remote, must create a positive experience for the customer.
Jayne has been instrumental in developing and delivering customer care courses and currently supports 100 businesses in both the public and private sectors. Her client list includes, BP , Chevron, MacDonald Hotels, Hilton UK, Aberdeen Airport and Aberdeen City Council.
