Jean is highly experienced in the field of customer service, both as a practitioner and trainer.

Her department, with responsibility for a large corporate company client base in Northern Ireland, won the UK National Customer Service Award for quality and performance. 

Since 2001 Jean has been running her own company delivering a range of training interventions including leadership, train the trainer, human resources and customer service. Her clients range from training a few staff in small family run businesses to large numbers in the public, private and community sectors. 

She has a proven track record of working with companies designing and delivering bespoke customer service training solutions. She delivered the NI Tourist Board’s Welcome to Excellence programmes to over 1,000 staff across Northern Ireland.  Jean was one of the first trainers licensed to deliver World Host in Northern Ireland and has been key to its success, not only in the Antrim Coast area, but across NI.  

Clients include:

  1. Local councils –Ballymoney, Londonderry, Limavady, Coleraine and Strabane.

She is an assessor and internal verifier for a number of qualifications including customer service, a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
