Jonathan has 27 years experience within the hospitality industry, primarily in Hotels across the UK and the Channel Islands. Working his way up from kitchen porter to General Manager gave Jonathan a great understanding of the need for excellence in customer service.
In his current position as Director of Hospitality on Herm Island in the Channel Islands, Jonathan is passionate about customer service, and its delivery, first time, every time, from his entire team.
Jonathan is able to train anywhere in the Channel Islands, but also in the South East and South West of England.
