Katie has over 20 years’ experience working alongside employers and key stakeholders in talent acquisition and retention having started her career in a boutique import/export recruitment consultancy before moving into senior operational roles in the visitor economy sectors.
Katie has led on multi-million pound funded training projects with a leading national training provider in addition to working internally in L&D and project management affecting change across multiple departments including sales, marketing, HR and L&D.
These projects include adapting business to the change in temp agency operations, the implementation of living wage and apprenticeships across 21 boutique venues and project managing regional training initiatives in customer service and management at Levels 3 and 4.
Katie offers expert consultation in organizational development through training analysis, bespoke training programme design and workshop delivery in line with company and legislative standards and bespoke mystery dhop and EQA services.
Katie is qualified to deliver WorldHost Principles of Customer Service, Sales Powered by Service and Visual Merchandising for the Visitor Economy, Principles of Supervising Customer Service Performance and L4 Managing Personal and Professional Development one-day workshops.
Katie also delivers bespoke sales training to the hospitality and work-based learning sectors and The Fundamentals of Personal Branding and Promotion through Linkedin.
Katie is based in Lancashire though covers the whole of the North West region.
