Sharon has over 10 year experience of working in the learning and development field. She has been involved in developing and delivering a wide range of projects for a wide range of organisations.
Annabel Thomson – Client Relationship Manager

Has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years; during which she has worked in almost all departments at a variety of hotels and restaurants. In addition to this Annabel has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Aida Hajderi - Client Relations Co-ordinator

Aida has recently left university after gaining a degree in business and marketing. She has worked in the restaurant and retail industry for 6 years.
The Trainers
Jan Watts – Has worked in managing operations with Gardner Merchant and THF hotels before moving into contract catering. She stayed with Sutcliffe Catering for 12 years moving from managing to training within large scale projects. Her next move was to work on developing the provision of NVQ s within the licensed trade.
Jan is also a qualified Counsellor and works with clients to offer emotional support. Jan works with Stonebow on their Trainer Training programmes and delivers their BIIAB National Licensees programme.
Jane Stubberfield – Has over 25 years experience in the training profession and specialises in communication skills; coaching; trainer training and NLP. She has an MBA; is a Fellow of the CIPD; and a Master Practitioner of NLP.
Tracey Willmott (FCIPD) – Has extensive operational experience in the hospitality and facilities management. This extended into training; HR manager roles and external training consultant roles. Over the last 15 years Tracey has worked in various strategic HR and development roles. She has extensive experience of training needs analysis, writing and producing materials for Stonebow and for companies to take and utilise in-house. Tracey now works in association with Stonebow to provide trainer skills, management development and behavioural tools to support team leader and manager development.
Sue Orton – Has worked as a freelance development consultant since 2000. She has experience of working with a wide range of clients helping them to support their people. The majority of Sue's work has been with management teams of all levels developing their management capabilities, including helping organisations identify learning needs and achieving Investors in People. Recently Sue has been delivering train the trainer programmes and developing in-company trainers to deliver these programmes.
Alison Snelling - Alison has a rich mix of experience drawn from a career in leisure and hospitality management, over 20 years both in operational and training and development roles. She has extensive business and training experience and a track record of working as a successful learning and development consultant providing bespoke services to the hotel, spa, and leisure industry internationally.
She has expertise in developing and delivering interactive and innovative management development programmes, trainer development workshops, recruitment and assessment tools, and bespoke guest service and sales programmes. Her strengths lie in designing and delivering interactive and innovative development programmes that inspire people to learn. Alison gained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK. She is an experienced coach, an NLP practitioner and qualified in utilising psychometrics in assessment and development settings
