During the Covid-19 crisis, we've been working in collaboration with employers and partners specialists to create workforce redeployment packages to give furloughed or displaced workers the skills required to move into industries that have a sudden increased demand, such as the health, care and retail sectors.

Redeployment service

Developed as part of a collaboration between ourselves, CareTech and Skills for Health, a pilot skills transition programme prepared more than 500 willing hospitality workers, with sought after transferable skills, to retrain and work safely in the care sector.
