Redeployment service

As hospitality and tourism establishments across the country tackle the uncertainty around reopening, changes to the furlough scheme and the prospect of social distancing, experts are warning a wave of redundancies are imminent.

To support those displaced, we're working in partnership with our sister organisation, Skills for Health, to redeploy people from hospitality, retail, travel and aviation as efficiently as possible for as long as the disruption impacts vacancies.

We understand the significance of transferable skills and want to support those affected by giving them the opportunity to secure employment within the health, social care and logistics sectors, helping to meet the increased staffing demand and support society’s most vulnerable.

Through our combined experience and connections with industry, we want to set a new standard of support to the industries we have known for years.

If you've been affected by Covid-19 and are looking to gain skills and transition into a new role whilst the hospitality and tourism industry continues to face disruption - or if you're a manager with teams facing redundancies and are looking for support, get in touch today.
