Chester Zoo Kicks Off WorldHost Tailored Programme

Following a successful pilot, Chester Zoo will be the first UK employer to use People 1st International’s new, personalised customer service training solution.

This month, Chester Zoo, the UK’s most-popular wildlife attraction, begins the roll-out of a new and tailored WorldHost customer service training programme, to the 500+ seasonal staff it employs annually in its Retail, Food & Beverage and Guest Experience departments.

Developed by People 1st International, the WorldHost Tailored programme goes beyond the newly enhanced world-class programmes to give organisations the opportunity to make it their own.
