The Hospitality & Tourism Skills (HATS) Network’s impact report showcases the work the network has achieved in Northern Ireland over the past 12 months in helping to attract, retain and develop talented people with the skills industry needs.
The report breaks down the achievements across the three key objectives of the network:
- Attract: Improve the awareness and attractiveness of the hospitality and tourism sector and the range of career opportunities
- Retain: Raise employer awareness of available skills support and increase retention of people working in the industry
- Engage: Support collaborative delivery of skills and careers strategies and activities across key stakeholders aligned to employer demand
