We are proud to announce that Jane Rexworthy has transitioned from her role as Managing Director of People 1st International into a Lead Consultant position. Having founded our international work, Jane has been instrumental in expanding our projects to over 50 countries and driving impactful initiatives in technical and vocational education and training and gender equality and social inclusion.

In her new capacity, Jane will remain closely involved with People 1st International, continuing to play a vital role in the delivery of strategic projects and representing us at industry and governmental forums. She is also expanding her impact as an independent consultant, specialising in inclusive practices and helping organisations drive meaningful change in the area of inclusion.

With this transition, we welcome closer collaboration with expert consultants from our parent company, Workforce Development Trust, broadening our capabilities in workforce planning and building workforce resilience.

Together, we look forward to continuing our successful partnership with Jane, both through People 1st International and her independent consultancy.
