To help trainers in prepare and confidently deliver effective group training sessions, People 1^st International has launched a new 2-day programme, Certificate in Delivering Training as part of its Train the Trainer series.

Aimed at those who are required to deliver training as part of their role and have little or no experience in facilitating or leading group training sessions, the programme takes participants through a step-by-step process of everything they need to know to become excellent trainers.

The programme extends People 1st International’s Train the Trainer series which also consists of the 5-day Professional Certificate in Training Design & Delivery, the Certificate in Virtual Training and the Introduction to Digital Delivery.

Available now, the Certificate in Training Delivery will guide trainers through the essential guidelines on how to prepare appropriately to deliver group training sessions, follow a clear set of instructions from a session plan, and confidently deliver a pre-prepared a piece of training that demonstrates the implementation of strategies, techniques and positive behaviours outlined throughout the programme.
