We’ve made our commitment to the Global Deal – a multi-stakeholder initiative for social dialogue and inclusive growth – a partnership of governments, businesses and employers’ organisations, trade unions, civil society and other organisations.

The aim of the Global Deal partnership is to benefit from, and contribute to, a platform that highlights the value of social dialogue and strengthens existing co-operation structures.

The Global Deal intends to bring together various stakeholders to promote joint solutions on social dialogue to create favourable conditions for collaboration between employers, workers and governments. This can lead to peace in the labour market, promote competition and enhance economic stability and shared prosperity.

By joining the Global Deal, we’ve committed to encourage collaboration between employers, governments and other stakeholders in building sustainable skills systems that provide industries with the skills required to prosper, and offer employees meaningful employment with valuable and clear progression pathways.
