We are pleased to open the annual relicensing process for our training programmes for the period from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. As we prepare for another year of impactful training delivery, we invite all approved trainers to relicense and continue delivering our programmes in the coming year.

Highlights from the past year

Over the last year, we have expanded our network by welcoming new trainers from various sectors including healthcare, facilities management and security. In addition to growing our trainer community, we have also introduced several new programmes such as WorldHost Dealing with Conflict, Introduction to Coaching, and Mentoring with Confidence. These developments have strengthened our offerings in customer service, train-the-trainer and management and leadership, enabling our trainers to deliver even greater value.

Relicensing deadline

To continue delivering our programmes, trainers must renew their licenses annually. The relicensing deadline for the upcoming year is Friday 23 September 2024. This applies to all trainers, regardless of when their original license was issued.

Available programmes for relicensing

Trainers can apply to relicense to deliver the following programmes, either as an in-house trainer, commercial/freelance trainer or vocational education trainer.

WorldHost:

• WorldHost Principles of Customer Service
• WorldHost Ambassadors (Business & Events)
• WorldHost Inclusive Service
• WorldHost Dealing with Conflict
• WorldHost Supervising Customer Service

Train the Trainer:

• Certificate in Delivering Training
• Professional Certificate in Training Design & Delivery
• Certificate in Virtual Training
• Introduction to Coaching
• Mentoring with Confidence

Management and Leadership:

• Management 1st
• Step Up
• Chef Management and Leadership

How to relicense

To relicense, please complete the application by 23 September 2024. Submit one application per organisation, listing all trainers who need relicensing.
