As Managing Director for People 1st International, Jane’s has over 15 years dedicated to spearheading industry-led technical vocational education both internationally and in the UK, complemented by a wealth of experience in blue-chip companies.
Jane is a chartered fellow of CIPD and the Institute for Leadership. Her forte lies in collaborating with governments, educational institutions, businesses, and key stakeholders.
Under Jane’s leadership, People 1st International has expanded its portfolio to encompass projects in over 50 countries. Her passion lies in cultivating sustainable, industry-led solutions that change people’s lives through skills development.
Terry is an inspirational, dynamic and curious people leader with over 20 years of experience across the retail, learning and consultancy industries.
As an expert in business consultancy and leadership & talent development, Terry has worked as a trusted business partner to lead cultural transformation at a senior level with multiple global organisations. He is highly skilled in developing engaging stakeholder relationships to drive meaningful change at an organisational, team and individual level.
Sally has over twenty years’ experience in operational management, HR and training within the hospitality and retail industry, followed by fourteen years working with employers, adult learners and apprentices as a department head in the IT, apprenticeship and work-based learning department within a Grade 1 (Ofsted) college.
Sally is an expert teaching and learning consultant with vast experience of apprenticeships, national occupational standards, further education curriculum, industry training provision, assessment strategies and quality assurance controls. She leads on managing international projects and quality assurance processes to develop and implement innovative skills solutions that will enhance learner outcomes and organisational performance.
Jo possesses a wealth of expertise in communication strategies, complemented by her genuine passion for digital marketing and design. Her talent lies in captivating audiences through various channels to help drive commercial success. Jo has over 10 years’ experience in managing the digital and communication strategy and activity for People 1st International and is responsible for the planning, development and management of all communication and marketing activity within projects. Jo manages digital marketing campaigns and social media, ensuring our mission, message and brand are used professionally and effectively across all channels.
Jo also plays a key role in managing our training operations and projects, using her excellent leadership skills to drive them towards success. She is able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and meeting strict deadlines.
