A tailored approach allows you to personalise your programme with your own choice of imagery and logos including links to your internal company policies. Alongside this, you can define how you refer to the customer (e.g. ‘guests’ instead of ‘customers’), creating relevant terminology to help your people gain a greater understanding of your customers, culture and values.

Businesses with more detailed requirements can opt for our fully tailored service (price upon application). You will work with our development team to create a bespoke version of the existing WorldHost programme, tailored specifically to your business’s sector and customers. Your product will incorporate individual modules from across WorldHost programmes complemented by ‘bridging content’ to ensure smooth, seamless flow.
